Sam Klepfish / CEO of Innovative Food Holdings and Subs, Director
Mr. Klepfish is the CEO of Innovative Food Holdings and its subsidiaries. He joined Innovative Food Holdings as a Board Member in 2005 and was named interim President in 2006 and CEO in 2007. Before joining Innovative Food Holdings Mr. Klepfish was a partner at ISG Capital, a merchant bank. Prior to that Mr. Klepfish was an analyst at Phillips Nizer, a highly regarded NY based law firm. At Phillips Nizer, Mr. Klepfish advised both public and private company clients of the law firm on capital raising, M&A and other corporate finance and business related activities.
Justin Wiernasz / DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC ACQUISITIONS, Director
Mr. Wiernasz is the Director of Strategic Acquisitions. Previously, he had been President of the Innovative Food Holdings from 2008 through 2018 and has over 25 years of experience on all levels of the food industry. Prior to this he was the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales and Chief Marketing Officer of our operating subsidiary, Food Innovations, Inc. Previously, Mr. Wiernasz was at U.S. Foodservice, our largest customer, for 13 years. He was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing in Boston.
Todd Carrell / EVP Sales and Procurement at Food Innovations
Mr. Carrell is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Procurement for IVFH’s wholly owned subsidiary, Food Innovations, Inc., based in Bonita Springs, FL. His 28 year career in the foodservice industry includes operational hotel and restaurant management, as well as broadline distribution experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Director of Street Sales and General Sales Manager
Ross Schold / Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Organic Food Brokers
Mr. Schold is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing of IVFH’s wholly owned subsidiary, Organic Food Brokers (www.organicfoodbrokers.com). His 16 year career in the foodservice industry includes roles in Centralized Purchasing and Brand Development along with experience as a District Manager, Sales Trainer, Dir. of National Accounts and Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Argie Liarakos / Vice President of Operations at Artisan Specialty Foods
Mr. Liarakos is the Vice President of Operations for IVFH’s wholly owned subsidiary, Artisan Specialty Foods (www.artisanspecialty.com). He has over 25 year’s of experience in the foodservice industry, which include owning and operating of restaurants, National Sales Manager for a food manufacturer, broadline distribution experience as a District Sales Manager. Argie has worked as LCC Business Developer at Sysco from 2012-2013 in the greater Chicago area and Regional Sales Manager at US Foods from 2005-2012
Lou Haley / Managing Partner at The Haley Group
Mr. Haley is a managing partner at IVFH’s wholly owned subsidiary, The Haley Group (www.thehaleygroup.com). He is 28 year veteran of the foodservice industry, including 22 years with the nation’s 2nd largest foodservice distributor. His extensive resume includes Executive positions in product development, brand development & strategies, marketing and sales. He held the position of Sr. Director of Brand Development, Sales & Marketing prior to leaving to form the Haley Group in 2008.
